Basic Package

WEEKLY LAWN MAINTENANCE

  • Mow all grass areas to a height of 2" to 3" as conditions dictate to maintain healthy lawn with the best appearance.
  • Grass cutting and clips picked up or mulched.
  • Trim areas that are not reachable with mower with line trimmers.
  • Power blow sidewalks and driveways.
  • Edge sidewalks and driveways.
  • A string trimmer will be used to trim all turf grass adjacent to buildings, fences, flower beds, etc…
  • If a strong drought occurs throughout the summer months Greentrail Landscape will use its judgment if lawn should be mowed and skipped service if not needed at no charge.

WEEKLY LAWN & PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

  • All lawn areas to be fertilized 4 - 8 times as needed with a high- quality, slow release granular fertilizer providing a uniform feeding of three and half-pounds nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft per season.
  • 1 Application of Crabgrass pre-emergent control
  • 2 Applications of straight fertilizer
  • 2 Applications of lawn weed herbicide
  • 1 Use a herbicide to control broadleaf weeds in turf and in sidewalk cracks as needed.
